My 1st order of slap bracelets with this company was great, despite package being shipped ground it still got to Hawaii fast.
2nd order of 1 tshirt took forever to get here & didn’t arrive in time for my daughter’s spirit week, I was frustrated at the lack of response from the company, but tried to give them the benefit of the doubt & really not trying to make a big deal about it (because it’s a Christian company & you want to support another believer), they did eventually refund me, but never responded or reached out & Christian or not, that’s just not a good way to do business.
Decided to give them a chance again, ordered even more slap bracelets for Easter way in advance. They shipped 30 slap bracelets in a paper envelope (had some bubble padding but not throughout), envelope arrived ripped open with only 1 slap bracelet inside. I tried to contact company via Shop app, email & IG (it shows they read my message). No response & now there is no way I will get replacements in time.
